Re-install the AVG ZEN or the Product using your My account online.
Upgraded win8.1 to win10, AVG Zen stopped working - just a black screen, can't close from x need to right click on tool bar / pinned icon to close.
Uninstalled and redownloaded / installed, still don't work.
Any help?
Tune up works fine though!
