On the AVG opening window it says  "There are no active parts" under the different logo's like "Compute"r it says "unknown", " Surfing", unknown etc !! Scanning is not possible. On my laptop the AVG internet security works. My license is valid till 9 June 2015.  Please some advise  Thanks in advance Best regards
