Non Authorised Payment

I was recently (9th April, 2022)  charged by your company, through my Paypal A/C,  $64.00 AUD. I did cancel my AVG subscriptions and therefore the payment to you was unauthorized. I have found it difficult to try a get a refund request and did try via Digital River Ireland Ltd. They referred me back to AVG. On my Paypal link, the invoice number is (order # removed) for $64.99 AUD. The transaction number is (transaction # removed) - dated 9th April 2022. As stated, I cancelled this subscription by deactivating payments to you via my Paypal A/C but this was recently (9th April 2022) reactivated, without my authorization, and I require a refund for this amount as I do not want this product!

We request you not to share any of your personal or sensitive information over the public forum.
All AVG purchases are set for auto-renewal by default to avoid any interruption in providing you the protection & performance service you subscribed to. You can, of course, cancel the subscription at any time and avoid being charged for the renewal by following the steps here.
We certainly don’t want this charge to come as a surprise, which is why we have the notification on the right side of our order page (where it is mentioned that each subscription is continuous and that the renewal will be at the standard undiscounted price. We also always send a renewal notification email one month prior to when the auto-renewal will take place (in case you want to cancel). 
We have sent you an email informing about the AVG product details and please reply to that email for further assistance.
