Mi è stato addebitato in banca un pagamento di  € 69,99  da  DRI * AVG Technologies PER UN ANTIVIRUS  CHE NON HO AUTORIZZATO DI ACQUISTARE E SENZA NESSUNA COMUNICAZIONE  Ho bisogno di un rimborso e supporto.
1)Non possiedo alcun computer Windows.
2)Se non fosse possibile, cercate di farmi avere un Antivirus per Mac Book, perchè adesso possiedo un Mac Book.
3)Poi chiedo , per disdire, quando sarà la scadenza, come devo procedere?
4)A chi devo scrivere?
5)Cosa devo scrivere?
