On February 01 2020 £19.99 was removed from my credit card account by DRI AVG Technologies. My AVG subscription terminated in Sept 201, AND WAS NOT RENEWED… I would like this irregular payment refunded., and request that all my data which is held by AVG be immediately redacted subsequent to the refund. At the moment I am asking this is a polite and civilised fashion. Please forward this request to the relevant department as soon as possible. Please confirm the refund and also the redaction of data.
