Do you still get the reboot issue for installing Norman Security Suite?
Thank you Alan but I tried your answer a couple days ago. Still don't have a legitimate response. They sent me to the Norman download site and I have long since used that download many times. It's the exact same version as I've been using and the results are the same-continuous reboot. I'm on the machine right now with no AV and not making any progress with this. Any additional help is most appreciated.
They both say:
Program Compatibility Assistant
A digitally signed driver is required
Process Security Driver AND Registry Filter Driver
Windows blocked the installation of a digitally unsigned driver. Uninstall the program...that uses the driver and check the publisher's website for a digitally signed version of the driver.

Yes, I sure am. I am installing the 64 bit English version and I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm guessing it has something to do with the 2 Windows error messages above. I very much appreciate your help! Thank you.
P. S. This is a brand new PC-right out of the box.
