From your description, it seems that you're receiving notification from browser (at bottom right corner on your desktop).
As we're uncertain about the notification that you receive, please share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
I have recently been plagued by a Norton red pop-up which indicated that site I select to browse are blocked as unsafe to view. Even logging in to my bank has been deemed unsafe! I have no Norton accounts, or applications, I have been unable to remove this Adware, even when I run an AVG deep scan. Any clues?
