Not able to access some Websites

Please check if the websites work after disabling the AVG Secure VPN.
Also, let us know if you were you able to access those websites before when the AVG Secure VPN was enabled.

Let us clarify this for you, Ellen.
 
Certain streaming services, banking websites & online shopping websites has taken counter measures to block its users from accessing its content through Secure VPN servers. While we do continue to add new servers and ip addresses, they are quite fast to identify the same. However, you can try connecting to streaming servers such as Gotham city, Miami, etc (locations) in AVG Secure VPN to check if it helps.
If issue persists, you can exclude servers by following the steps in this article.

Thanks for posting your concern in community forum.

Please try connecting to different VPN servers and check if you're able to access the websites.

For Windows PC:

1. Double-click the AVG Secure VPN icon on your desktop to open the application.
2. Click Change location to select a server location.

For Mac:

1. Click the AVG Secure VPN icon in your menu bar and select Open AVG Secure VPN to open the application.
2. Click Change location to select a server location.

There are a few websites that are blocked on my VPN.  Is there a way to add these sites to be safe?
Some websites are Sprint, Expedia, Groupon.

Once I disable the VPN, I can access those websites.  Once the VPN is enabled, I cannot access them.

As I described above, I have changed the location, that didn't work.  The only time I can access these websites is when I turn the VPN off.  Is there not an ability to add trusted websites?
