Not able to insert any other sim in my device

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please turn off the Anti-theft feature and then try to change the sim card.

To turn off Antitheft, please follow the below steps.

- Launch AVG Antivirus app.
- Tap on Anti-theft.
- Tap on Anti-theft settings.
- Turn off Anti-theft.

Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.

I had activated anti theft in my device . Now I want to sell my device but now I am not able to insert any other sim in this device . Please help as soon as possible. I really need to sell this device . Please give me a solution as early as possible .

I have used factory data reset option thinking it might be my device problem . Because of using factory data reset , avg app is Un installed . Please guide me with some other way
