Note : Please run the AVG Clear first and then the AVG Remover
Once uninstalled, please reinstall the AVG Ultimate from http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Ultimate

I searched more in AVG Community support and found a solution to repair AVG, which I did, but Hacker Atttacks will not install even after repeated updates. The main AVG banner says "AVG is out of date" even though I have run update 4-5 times. I will look for any solutions in the Support Community for this.

Once installation completes, please run a Scan again and check for any Malwares.
