Trying to install avg to my new laptop using my serial key that is valid until October 2015, keep getting error codes wont upload and a boc telling me to contact avg and have someone install it for me foe £20,

not happy at all have contacted them more than once but have not had a reply, can anyone help or is anyone else having the same problems
