AVG 2015 Protection 2 years

I activated the 2015 protection,seems that only part of it was instaled properly,also getting notices that it will run out in a couple of weeks, the package says it is good for 2 years.Had HP do some work on my PC, they said I should have you uninstale, then reinstale. I get a posting from AVG that google chrome is not instaled right which HP did as my PC was not working right, Not sure what to do.
