Initially, we request you to temporarily disable the 'Sensitive Data Shield' of your AVG Internet Security & check if you're able to access the files/documents using Trio Office.

Hello. AVG protected some files with personal information.Before that, they opened without any problem with Trio Office. After AVG protected them, the access to them is not allowed even though I am the owner. I am sure that is the reason because it reported files and I chekced they can be open and after accepting the AVG protection they couldn't be opened anymore. What can I do? Can I revert the protection? Thanks in advance.
