Not being able to send False positive review request

Hello,

Every time that I attempt to submit my review request as product vendor, from this page
False Positive File Form

I get an ERR_CONNECT_RESET page, the AVG is blocking lots of my customers and I'd like a review on that, we running for over 9 years.

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to submit false positive to AVG. Please try to submit the false positive from this link https://secure.avg.com/submit-sample and check if that fix the issue.

Calvin,  For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Please follow the steps from this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-upload-a-file-to-our-FTP-server to upload false positive file to AVG and also send us the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the error message you receive, when you try to submit false positive from AVG web site.
