I have sent the email instructions to get additional support help to remove the Cryptovirus but I strongly informing you that the encrypted files could not be retrieved unless there is the decryption key for it. Only suggestion can be given is to take regular backup of your files. Please check for my email on spam or junk folders if it is not present in the inbox. Thank you.
Why wouldn't my avg pick up a virus ?? My computer has been taken over by cryptolocker virus .I also had my external hard drive plugger in and it has got that aswell ? Is there anything I can do with paying them a ransom ?
