Not possible to solve "We encoutered an error", Please restart... NOT WORKING AT ALL

Hi guys,PLEASE,

The antivirus won’t start at all. Nothing helped, restarting the application, restarting the computer, attempts to reinstall AVG antivirus also did not help. I have the paid version of AVG Ultimate.
It constantly reports “We encountered an error. Please restart your application to try again.”

NOT WORKING. Any ideas to help please?

I have the same problem. I have tried Repair, Uninstall, Update, Reboot, all to no effect. I still get the same error message as you!

Who do we talk to for a solution?
