Notification alert from Android

My Samsung mobile phone is installed with AVG.  Android System occasionaly shows the message  "Check Access Settings. AVG Cleaner and AVG AntiVirus can control your screen.  Tap to review"   Can AVG read my passwords or other sensitive info when I do banking transactions on my mobile??  I would like to attach the screenshot, but not too sure how to go about it.   Tks.
