Number of licenses in renewal

Hi I renewed my subscription in Sep 21 on order [Order number removed]. My subscription previously had 15 licenses. We have just added the activation key to our portal and it is now only showing 1 license. How can I be sure that I did not purchase 15 licenses, and that tey have not activated correctly in AVG portal?
The order email is a bit obscure and does not really state.
The Order number also does not show in my account or portal anywhere.
Will I need to purchase 14 more licenses through the portal to get the 15 I need?
