Oculus Quest 2 Air Link Being Blocked

It seems as though your entire Support Site is currently down so I can't look at that article, but just in case the components your referring to are the level of Enhanced Firewall, Password Protection, Remote Access Shield, etc, I've already narrowed it down to the Enhanced Firewall component. Turning that off by itself allows me to see the incoming connection. If that't not what you meant, let me know. I'll also keep an eye on the support site and see if I can get into that article.

I recently got an Oculus Quest 2 and wanted to connect to my computer with it using the Air Link feature, but my AVG firewall keeps blocking the connection. When it is active the Quest 2 cannot find my computer on our network but as soon as I disable firewall it finds it immediately. I've tried a number of things to get it to connect but nothing seems to work. Any idea what I need to do to get it running?

Please accept our apologies, Curtis.

Just so I know, what exactly changed when I switch to private?

Alright, opening it in another browser worked. I switched my profile to private, and decided to try and connect again just so I would be able to see it in the log, as I figured that would be valuable, and it seems that switching to private caused the connection to go through.
