As the issue resolves by uninstalling AVG, I suggest you to install it and disable each component in AVG Internet Security program to identify the root cause of the issue.

I'm trying to run Ocululs Quest' Virtual desktop connecting to my laptop so that I can play SteamVr. 
Unfortunately, AVG keep blocking it. I tried adding it to the exception and disabling AVG but it doesn't work. 
The only way I can connect to my SteamVR is by uninstalling AVG.

Is there a way for AVG to allow Virtual Desktop to run SteamVR without uninstalling AVG?
