Hello , i need an Antivirus for standalone PCs without any internet and network , i have installed your free edition offline product but it needs a internet connexion to update the licence key.
I search to buy a basic version ( just anti virus and malware) , no mail , no internet , no cloud etc… for
offline pcs without network.

Ok so you have no solution for pcs that are isolated with no internet , i don't understand why your free
edition need to be validated on one of your servers .?,
Why you don't propose a key or licence file to validate your product for standalone pcs with no network.?

I've already installed this version offline free edition but after several days a message 'your product has expired' need to buy a licence ,  due i think that as the pcs has no internet connexion the AVG free edition can't contact the avg site and the free licence ( 1 year ) can't update.?

So my question is it possible to avoid this issue and message by buying a licence key ( offline ).?

If you need to install AVG Anti-virus on offline PC, you need to use following download link :  ( https://www.avg.com/download-thank-you.php?product=FREEGSR-OFFLINE ). If you want to activate paid subscription on any device using license number, the device should connected with Internet Security.

Let us attempt to clarify this for you, Alan.
If you're looking to use AVG Free Antivirus on your computer, you can uninstall it & reinstall the program, which wil make the subscription validity as 365 days. 
As informed earlier, the program needs to communicate with our server, which requires a network connectivity.

Hello Alan,

If you install AVG Anti-virus free it will only provide basic protection which will remain always. You do not need to reinstall it every year. 

If you need paid version with advanced features, you need to renew the AVG subscription for every year.

Hello Alan, 

In order to get update for AVG program, the device should have Internet connection. Also, if you want to activate the paid subscription on the same device, the device should have proper Internet connection in order to get connected with AVG server for activation.
