Old version cannot be uninstalled?

I request you to run the AVG removal tools as mentioned in this article: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to remove the traces of existing AVG program.
I see that you have purchased the AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription), to install it please follow the instructions as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance .

Hi,

Today I received an email from AVGG telling me a free upgrade, downloaded it and try to install it I get the message a non compatible AVG is detected.
I can not upgrade or delete because of this message coming up 0xe001f90ff
its a paid version of AVG PC tune up
