I installed AVG Ultimate on an ASUS Chromebook yesterday. But now I am unable to play any video on the Chromebook no matter what viewer I use. The player opens, with the words "Cannot Play This Link".

I looked through settings on the Android device but could not find anything related to file extensions etc.

Also, the software reports on Android only that the Wi-Fi password is weak. On a PC there were no issues at all with the Wi-Fi Password, which really is strong! .
