Are you logging in to online AVG MyAccount using the same email address that you used to contact us here? If yes, you do not have an active AVG subscription registered with it.

I checked and account is paid. And NOW on this site it says I have no account with AVG. I did change my email address yet which of courses could complicate issue. YET bottom line is this charge, to my knowledge is not warranted. WILL an AVG staff person respond to this post? Plain as day this service is on my laptop. Frigging frustrated and seems I am not alone with this issue. Since it says I have no account I cannot assess AVG. If not, my only option is to have my bank investigate this charge made on August 21st, 2019.
