I installed avg web tuneup "trial version". Something happened, let's say it was my HP's fault but then the program stopped running. I tried to uninstall it. I can't even get the icon to go away. It won't allow me to download any avg products. When I attempt it says an error has occurred. I've tried just about everything I could. Have any suggestions? On the borderline of taking it to a shop to charge who knows?

Please be informed that AVG Web TuneUp is only the browser add-on and it is free to install. We would like to inform you that AVG web tuneup is no longer available. Instead we introduced a paid product called "AVG Password Protection".
Please confirm whether you have installed the AVG Web TuneUp or is it the trial of PC TuneUp program?
It will be easy for us to assist if you provide the screenshot of the error that occurred during download.
