Hello Saskia,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have sent you an email with further instructions to be followed to get our additional support.
Please check for the email on spam or junk folders if it is not present in the inbox.
Hello Michael. You will receive some advertisement popups if some adware programs installed on your computer unknowingly while you try to install any other programs. You can remove this easily, first go to control panel and click on Programs and Features and in the list of programs search for any tool bar or search bar or any weird programs installed in your computer. If you see some suspicious program just uninstall it. If you don't see any of such programs then please open your browser and you need to delete the unwanted plugin, extension, toolbar or search bar that is installed in your browser. After removing such things you wont be getting any popups when you browse the internet. I always recommend you to install only trusted programs and do custom installation to view if any unwanted software is being installed. Please feel free to contact us should you need any further assistance.
There must be some kind of malware that you are not aware of on your system to cause the unwanted redirect. Some malware may use deceptive name to disguise as normal software. You may need to download and install a powerful antivirus program and run a complete scan. Here (http://www.icleansoftware.com/how-to-remove-onclickads-net/) is one recommended for you, which is also what I'm using on my PC. Go and have a try!

Hello–
Like all of the above, Im having the same problem. On opening my Firefoxin a XP machine, I sometimes get safesurfs.net, sometimes quickprivacycheck ,and sometimes one of several others but always something rather than the blank page I'm setup for. Several times, onclickadds has appeared as possibly the source of the preceeding. Anyway, I have looked as directed in my program listings and haven't found anything to delete. I sure would like a look at the further eMail on this subject that was offered and sent some months ago. Many thanks— Scott
Hello, can i have the same email? i have the same problem
Thanks
@ Balasubramanian (AVG Technologies)
Balasubramanian, User Johan Behrens states 'Currently I am using the AVG internet security 2015 that expires in March 2018'.
AVG Guru
@ Gulam Shaik Mohammed Can I get the same e-mail please ?
I have the same issue with onclickads.
May I ahve the same email instruction as AVG seems unable to remove it.
Thanks for the prompt response Kishore, but as I said, there are no suspicious programs in the list at Programs and Features and no suspicious extensions or plug-ins in the lists for each browser.
Also, the help sites I visited said to first look for a running process called random.exe and kill it but this does not appear on the list in Process Manager. I have reset both browsers to default settings to wipe out installed extensions etc, another suggestion, but this made no difference either.
It happens randomly and sometimes not at all - at first I thought it was the webites themselves,as it first occurred when I started searching and downloading music recently. But it also happens now on several "reputable" sites that I would not expect to be running ads on their links.
There seems to be no trace of it installled on my computer and my AVG Internet Security updates automatically - is onclickads one of the nasties it knows about and can I rest assured it is running on the websites and not my computer?
When I click on any browser link (in Chrome or Firefox) a new tab opens to a oneclickads page that then redirects to an unwanted ad page. AVG Internet Security did not warn me when it downloaded and a scan does not find any problems, two free malware programs I downloaded did not work and none of the suggested manual processes suggested at various sites work either - e.g. there are no suspicious programs listed on Windows Programs to delete, there are no suspicious extensions in either browser to delete. Can anyone help?
Hello,
I also have this problem and AVG could not find anything, could you send me the e-mail as well?
