Did you get a resolution to this? I'm having a similar issue, also with Mailchimp.
I have included the screenshot as I could not reply to your email. It kept getting bounced back. I turned off anti tracking and added mailchimp to my exceptions list. I even turned off AVG and I am still having problems. I am very frustrated.
Here is the screenshot from Mailchimp. Another user had the same problem and he said AVG antitrack was the problem. I looked and it shows mailchimp being scanned. I turned off Anti track and it still did the same thing on Mailchimp even after I added the website to Exceptions. Please share us the screenshot of the error message that you receive, while attempting to access Mailchimp.
Meanwhile, please disable AVG protection temporarily to check if it helps.
I work on a newsletter through mailchimp which is a mass mailing platform. I installed AVG Ultiimate on my desktop which I use to do the newsletter. Ever since I have done this, Mailchimp comes up with Session expired notices constantly and I cannot upload any photos or clipart to its platform. I have not used Mailchimp since I installed this. My laptop which also uses AVG Ultimate has the same error messages and that runs on Windows 10 so I suspect it is with your product that I am having issues. I can use Mailchimp to a limited degree on my iphone and it uploads graphics but some of the features on the phone app are not able to be used. I used Mailchimp on a friends computer and it seems to work without timing out. Any suggestions? Can I turn off some of Ultimate's features and run just the standard Internet Security to check and see of that is the problem?
