OneClick.exe fails after updating from TuneUp Utilities 2014 to AVG PC TuneUp 2015 for 11,99 €

Hi Zbynek,

well its difficult to get in touch with you; no idea why the upload wasn't successful!?!
I've sent you the link to my dropbox folder "CrashDumps". I really hope that this way works!
Furthermore I do hope that you can help me with my problem. I'm not far away from the point to give up hope!
Regards

Jürgen

I've never gad any difficulties with TuneUp Utilities 2014 and especially not with the lovely oneclick.exe.
But now I have bought this new AVG PC TuneUP 2015 and the oneclick.exe does not work anymore properly. The program start - its seems as if everything wqorks fine, but then suddenly the "window" closes and a notice says that the onclick.exe fails - I should send this notice to AVG TuneUP for analysis. Well, I did - very often. I wrote to the support of AVG - they answered all my questions but not this one!?!
Is there someone who can help me?

Jürgen, Bear in mind Brno working hours… [Mon-Fri] 9:00am - 5:00pm CET… Not sure whereabouts you are in the world but just in case you are unfamiliar with Brno time (https://www.google.co.uk/webhp?source=search_app&gfe_rd=cr&ei=O1bqU6zGC4LjOdy-gIgO&gws_rd=ssl#q=brno+time).

Hi Zbynek, thank you for your reply. I've tried the tool two times, but invain. Today it already runs for more then 8 hours without any result. AVG Sysinfo ; Work in progress! Please be patient! Well I have been patient two or three times but invain. How many hours do you have to wait for a diagnostic output? The description of issue is quite simple. When I start the program onclick.exe it seems as if everything works fine, as it runs all the different points of the program, till it comes to the point where usually you get the hint that the program now processes the errors. At that point the program gets off and shows the hint: The followinh processes failed:oneclick.exe - Would you like to send the report to AVG for analysis? I said "Yes" many times. But nothing happens?

Hi Zbynek, I`ve found the CrashDumps in the Users folder but not in the C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\AVG\AWL2015\CrashDumps folder, as there is no AVG foldder at all. But I´ve sent you the other data. The "key" is in my email_21111654.7z

Jürgen, The 2nd part of my 1st posting [Zbynek] will apply.

Hi Jürgen,
It can be in one of those folders, unfortunately upload to your ftp server wasn't successful can you please upload it to some file sharing service, etc.
Thanks

Hi Jürgen,

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

Thanks
