Online Game Not Responding, Windows sometime stuck

Hello AVG Team Member.

I having this issue after I installed full version protection and after we do AVG SysInfo Tool
regarding my case no 06212399.

Before this, I never had this problem while gaming or open any apps at my PC.
But now, sometimes my PC very lag after start up, and I need to restart it back. My online game also
lag and sometimes not responding.

My PC Spec:
i7 3770
Windows 10 Pro 1709
AVG Internet Security Version 18.2.3046

Could you help me regarding this issue with your technical team how to setting my AVG and solve this issue.

Today it happened again. Even I uninstalled avg also still happened. So the problem not came from avg.

We see that our senior technicians sent you the email regarding escalated case. For this issue, we suggest you to uninstall AVG Internet Security Unlimited from Control Panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall and check with it.
