For some reason I can no longer make payments online. When I click to upload the information no connection is made. Could a driver update have caused this and if so which one, or is it an AVG security problem and how do I cure it? Very grateful for help - I have no technical knowledge.
Thank you for your suggestion but this didn’t work. Two days ago I had inadvertently licked ‘yes’ to upgrade some old drivers using AVG Updater and wonder whether that might be the source of the problem as it started soon after. In despair this morning I rather foolishly uninstalled Updater so that I shouldn’t be put in the same situation in future as it kept popping up to remind me to update in the middle of other work and I could find no way of stopping that. Hence my inadvertent click on the wrong answer. Unfortunately, I now do not know which drivers got updated so cannot check them.
