Initially, we'd suggest you to disable AVG protection temporarily to check if it is causing the issue. If disabling the entire protection fixes the issue, please disable each AVG component individually as mentioned in the above article, to identify the component that causes the issue & let us know to proceed further.

If I deactivate the AVG Internet Security then it works

If possible, please disable the AVG components one by one and narrow down the shield which might cause this issue.
We'd recommend you to follow the below steps and let us know the status.
1. Open AVG > Menu > Settings > Basic Protection > Ransomware Protection > View allowed / blocked apps > allow the concerned game.
2. Open AVG > Menu > Settings > General > Exceptions > enter the path of the game folder.
3. Open AVG > Menu > Settings > General > Troubleshooting > scroll down and uncheck "Enable hardware-assisted virtualization."
3. Reboot the computer and try to launch the game and check the status.
