I am subscribed to your service for 1 year since August 2019. When I try to use it, screen keeps popping up wanting me to subscribe again. When I finally get passed that, it asks me for an activation code which I don't know. This - BJTLK2j-YRQMB2-5SL8CN comes up and I try to use it but it doesn't work. Please give me an activation code!
Also, when listing the clutter on my computer it names Magic Jack which I use for my phone. Will getting rid of that particular clutter mess up my phone system?
