Option: AVG temporarily disable

In the menu of my AVG there is no option 'temporarily disable'. So I can't turn off my AVG security for a while (for example for an hour). This is necessary because the AVG prevents the implementation of another program.
Does anyone know a solution?

Yes, we do have an option to disable the AVG temporarily.
