Do i need to uninstall Chrome to fix this? When I check the quarantine section in the menu, nothing is listed.

Thank you for the screenshot. Please reset Google Chrome browser and check if that fix this issue. This might have caused due to the cache files present in the browser. If you still have any issue after you reset Chrome browser, please let me, so I can try alternate solutions.
