Outbound emails not going out

Hi

My Outlook365 on windows 10 is not sending emails out. Receiving no problem.

We're glad to look into this & help you.
If you suspect AVG is causing the issue, please disable AVG protection temporarily & check if you're able to send emails.
Meanwhile, you can try sending emails via browsers.
