OUtgoing new or Reply emails stuck in Outbox

Unchecking 'Scan outoing emails' fixed a previous problem 2 days ago. Suspect a different problem, as different error message saying 'internal'. Test emails from another account, no go. Can you suggest a menu option as a cause? Your specific Answer mentioning Secure VPN, which I've recently added - maybe this? It's causing hovic responding to potential customers and friends.

However, going by the people in the AVG Community who have the same problem with VPN, seems the only solution is to turn it off, which I’ve done – emails depart! However, now I need to check this annoying app every time I switch on my computer, as VPN keeps automatically turning itself on again, with the same problem!! I think your app has a major glitch and needs investigating. Not much good having an app which disables people’s emails for no good reason!
