Hi Godfrey,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please share us the screenshot of the notification that you receive while sending emails & clarify whether you receive emails without any issues.
Meanwhile, please disable each AVG component individually to check, if any component is causing the issue & let us know.
I'm sending emails from a database product to various recipients via Outlook Professional 2019 but each time, for each email, I keep getting Outlook's notification to Allow or Deny the email from going through.
I've checked with Outlook and the Virus protection (AVG) is Valid. So it seems that I need to do some twiddling with AVG to stop this annoying notification showing.
Can you help me please?
Thank you for writing back to us, Godfrey.
We've sent you an email asking few details. Please check the email and include all the necessary information to help you further.

We do not find any paid product under your account. Do you receive any popup to purchase an AVG subscription?

Hello Midhun Aloor,
I've since managed to send you the screenshot as a PDF file. Have you managed to perhaps identify the cause of my issue (i.e. when sending out emails via OUTLOOK Professional 2019, 64-bit, I keep getting the annoying notification to either ALLOW or DENY the email). When sending out various emails this is of course very unpractical and annoying.
I've checked with Microsoft and other sources and they all seem to be pointing to you, AVG, as the one who can help me. I also see that your add-in for Outlook is installed on my Windows 10 laptop and linked to my Outlook account.
I look forward to your kind and successful solution if this is something you can solve.
Thanks and regards
Hello Nisha,
I've seen your email but there's nothing asking me for new information! I'm sure, anyway, that my issue is clear to you as I'm sure many others have the same problem as me when using Microsoft Outlook. You are either able to help me or not, if it's not any problem arising at your end, I understand.
But please, no more procrastination, you can either help me or not.
Thanks and regards,
Godfrey
I can't seem to attach a pdf copy of the Outlook Notification. But I'm sure you know what I'm referring to … an Outlook Notification asking me to either ALLOW or DENY the email to go through.
Has AVG a solution for this, or can you point me to somewhere where I can solve this issue?
Thanks

Thank you for sharing the screenshot by email.
Upon checking the screenshot, I realize that the pop-up notification is from the Outlook application.
