Without being able to see what is happening it is hard to estimate what the situation is.

My addin in outlook is greyd out, and dont work.

I request you to check if the Anti Spam component is installed on your computer by following the below steps:

  1. Please open AVG Internet Security
  2. Click on Menu>Settings>Components
  3. Now search for the Anti Spam component
If it has not been installed yet, please click on Install Component and check if that resolves the issue.
