Outlook email certificate

I recently encountered the same issue on Outlook 2023. After importing the certificate, Outlook still showed the same problem (as seen in the screenshot above). The fix was to remove the account from Outlook and then add it back. This worked for all of my accounts.

Whenever I open my Outlook and access \my IMAP email account, I am asked to accept a certificate issued by Avg.  How can I get this stop?  I am running Win 11 Pro with Avg Internet Security 23.6.3290 (build 23.6.8271.788)

It has instruction for microsoft outlook as well. Please refer it and import the email shield certifcate.I hope this helped.
