Outlook email error code 0x800ccc0f

Pleaset let us know the operating system & the AVG version installed on your computer (Open AVG program - Meni - About).
The are multiple possible causes for this error to occur : incorrect SMTP settings, Internet connection issues, corrupted email files and more. 
Please disable Web shield & check if it helps : Open AVG Internet Security - Web & email - click on toggle bar beside Email shield to disable temporarily.
Recently I started to have problems receiving emails from my accounts on  the Outlook app (one of them is gmail). Until few days ago this was not happening al all
I receive this error code 0x800ccc0f 
I know its cause is  the antivirus because when I disabled it the problem dissappears
How do I fix this error? I have paid for the full version of AVG and I want speacially to have my emails checked

I have Windows 10 and a Microsoft Office License
I know my SMTP settings are OK, I have an excellent connection and there are no problems with the any of the providers of the email accounts (one of them is GMAIL)
The AVG I have is
Software version: 21.6.3189 (compilación 21.6.6446.683)
IU Version: 1.0.621

When I disabled the Web shield it works fine. But I have paid for the full license to have full protection so I really expect a solution
When the web shield is enabled only part of the emails are downloaded. And they are not either heavy or have anything complicated
