Outlook no longer receiving emails

After installing the AVG products my Outlook no longer receives emails.  My computer shows connected to my gmail account and I don’t get any errors when I do a send and receive, just no emails.  I have new emails on the gmail server and they come to my phone, just not my computer anymore. 
 
Suggestions?
