Daniel, we could see that you have disabled the AVG program and you are still facing the issue.
Please check with the Outlook for more information regarding the issue.
If you still feel AVG is causing the issue, please uninstall the AVG program and check for the issue again.

Outlook send quit working this morning after AVG update to Internet Security Unlimited.
