One of my email accounts in Outlook is not receiving/sending due to the error below, how do I fix this?:

Let us check whether the issue with Outlook is due to AVG.
If it is confirmed, we will be able to assist further and fix it.
Try disabling AVG Internet Security and check the status.
To disable, open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Troubleshooting–>Passive Mode".
Slide the cursor to turn off the protection temporarily.

Hi did, what you suggested, AVG then restarted my PC, Office did a quick update but the error was not fixed - still can't receive messages to my iprimus account (my gmail account works fine).
Ok, Microsoft has fixed it - problem with imap instead of pop in settings.
