P c won't boot up

We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. Could you let us know if you are receiving any error message when you try to boot up your PC? You could try to boot your PC to safe mode http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode and try to restore changes made by AVG PC Tuneup.
Please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

Hi after downloading AVG tune up I clicked on it my pc shut down and won't boot up how can I restart it running windows 10 thanks in advance
