I do not feel comfortable give you remote access to my computer. What else can be done?
(I have been using and paying for your product for over 10 years, and only in the last 2 have there been problems with renewals and updates etc).
Internet Security Unlimited. My renewal came up on Sept 12th, (I was billed Aug 28th), now I can not open the UI, it just pops up saying my trial account has expired. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Anyone know what is happening, and what I can do to at least run a scan every now and then?
