Paid but no subscription added

We could see two orders initiated for AVG Internet Security- Unlimited Devices, but we haven't received the payment for both the orders.
Since you have paid it through PayPal, we request you to contact them and inquire whether there are any issues with the transaction.
Shall we cancel one of the order as they are for the same product?

I paid for a holiday special of Internet Security for $28.99 through PayPal, but no protection has been added beyond the Free Anti-Virus.  Had to go into my account to correct an e-mail address and password and still no service.  Tired of listening to loop music on never-answered phone calls.
