I scan and it finds advanced issues. I tell it to resolve - and it asks me to pay - but I already paid for 3 years. What to do? (The $$ definitely came out of my bank account)
You only bought the basic AVG protection, they divy up multiple protection methods in order to try and get you to give them more money
