Thanks, Guys, I have read other problems and this is a common one. I am surprised it's not in the FAQ. I have tried the screenshot option and I cant with the device I am using. I need an email, but, I'm in that situation where the email option is only for paying members. I am going to delete AVG from my computer and reinstall it. If that fails to work, I will have to look at other routes.
Just Paid for a year. I have scanned and it still wanting to upgrade or pay a year again. It won't give me my key number. Defo paid and defo verified email
