Paid for AVG ULITIMATE but can only get a free trial version

I have now had more than enough of AVG. 
1. I couldn't renew my subscription because the site was down
2. so I did it via the chat. 
3. I received an email confirming my purchase together with my invoice
4. UP to now I still cannot download my paid version of AVG Ultimate
5. I have emailed support more than once and no-one has bothered to respond
6. All I am getting is a free trial version

Is anyone else having these problems?

This is really unethical. They have my money but I don't have my product.
