PAID for AVG Ultimate protection, but my AVG still said will expire in 12 days

I certainly understand your hesitation to have remote assistance. AVG Ultimate does not require a license number as it is activated using your AVG MyAccount email address and password. Since you have already tried to logout and log back in as per our instructions, it should have been activated the paid subscription. But unfortunately, it did not.

I see that you have AVG Ultimate valid until 3/29/2019. It seems that you haven't reactivated the program after renewing it. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > click Logout > Login > Enter your Myaccount credentials to reactivate the product.

Thank you for your reply, It isn't asking for a Product key. I looked and can not see anywhere to enter this.  There is a spot to enter License, but I have not been given a License number, except for when I first installed the software.

This did not work! …  I have repeated the logout out and logged back in, entered Myaccount credentials and this did not reactivate my account.
Please help!

This happened to me - I did not enter the product key (sent in email) to activate after renewing the subscription. I was getting pop ups everyday to renew or it would expire in 65, 64, 63 … days. Once I entered the product key the pop ups went to a year.

(now to get rid of the pop ups! annoying!)
